A calm, structured approach that empowers you to move away from conflict and toward solutions you can own.
I founded ClearPath Divorce Advisors after witnessing too many families trapped in adversarial processes that didn’t serve their best interests.
I kept seeing the same pattern: couples forced to choose between expensive litigation and full mediation—without ever experiencing what collaborative resolution actually feels like. Many spent thousands of dollars and months of emotional energy on approaches that ultimately failed them.
I knew there had to be a better way. That’s when I discovered a methodology that works differently: the ability to pause litigation and let families experience structured cooperation before committing to any particular path forward.
My approach blends calm guidance, compassionate listening, and structured planning. At the same time, I am candid and direct when clients need to hear the reality of their options—especially when expectations may not align with what the family court system will support.
What makes my practice different is the methodology I use—developed by one of the world’s leading family law mediators. This approach allows families to step out of adversarial positioning and experience what productive collaboration actually looks like, often for the first time in months or years.
My path to this work wasn’t traditional. I spent over 25 years leading global project teams through complex challenges—work that required keeping multiple stakeholders focused on solutions even when tensions ran high.
For the past eight years, I’ve also worked in real estate, which gave me practical insight into one of the most challenging aspects of divorce: deciding what happens to the family home.
My formal training includes specialized mediation certification in divorce, family law, and marital home issues. The turning point came when I pursued advanced training with one of the world’s leading family law mediators and collaborative practice innovators.
That’s where I learned the litigation freeze methodology that now forms the core of my practice—an approach that lets families experience cooperative resolution before making major decisions about their future.
If you’re curious about whether this approach could work for your family, I invite you to schedule a complimentary, confidential consultation. There’s no obligation—just an opportunity to learn about this methodology and explore whether it might offer the alternative you’ve been looking for.”

What drives me every day is watching families rediscover their ability to work together—even in the midst of divorce. I’ve seen couples who hadn’t had a civil conversation in months suddenly find ways to problem-solve collaboratively when given the right structure and support.
Divorce is challenging enough without feeling like the process itself has hijacked your life. My goal is to help you step back, breathe, and discover whether there’s a path forward that honors both your needs and your family’s wellbeing.
If I could choose three words to describe how I work, they would be: caring, understanding, and patient.
